I would refrain from those types of descriptions. Stick to facts, actions... and word for word what was said. The more civil you act, the more serious you will be taken.
There is good advice on this thread. We are all human, that means none of us are perfect nor do we always do the right thing, no matter our job, our title, etc. In America, no one is above the law!
That being said, most of us don't have a job where we could end up losing our life... on a daily basis. I can imagine there is alot of stress being a police officer, and they should always get our respect... until they have proven otherwise.
