Once the ticket is dismissed, if you want, you can file a complaint. It will probably not go anywhere. One time is one time. IA won't do anything....just to say... Besides, all he has to say is he didn't know who you were when he got behind you...and how would anyone prove or disprove if he knew? I know...but, I'm only saying... And...what if he really didn't know? One thing officers have is discression in whether or not to write a ticket. Officers don't HAVE to. The fact that he did....well, ...
EVERYONE around here knows it's me....I have my name on my lisence plate....and didn't write me a ticket for it....just acted like jerk and told me he could, and that he could also write me up for driving 3mph over the limit
