Once the ticket is dismissed, if you want, you can file a complaint. It will probably not go anywhere. One time is one time. IA won't do anything....just to say... EVERYONE around here knows it's me....I have my name on my lisence plate....and didn't write me a ticket for it....just acted like jerk and told me he could, and that he could also write me up for driving 3mph over the limit
