yes you can get multiple color powder coating. I found this out when i was getting my wheels powder coated. They have this tape that is 600, 900, & 1200 degrees tape. There was a set of white wheels at the shop i went to that they were doing the exact same thing you want on the black and then the final coat was a gold glitter. The wheel was very eye appealing. I only thought powder coating was a one color deal. They educated me real quick.
