Remote Key Fob Design Fault
Is it just me, or does anyone else have the same problem?:
I go to drive the car, and the trunk is open. It happens quite a bit. I must have too many keys in my pocket along with the fob, but seems the slightest nudge causes the button to depress, opening the trunk. Come to think about it, I've had the panic horn go off and the doors unlocked on occasion.
Looking at the key fob, the buttons are slightly raised, so they seem to be a bit susceptible to false triggering. Looks like I have a definite need for a "silicone skin".
Anyone else?
