I work in a family business too- have for 24 years. It is by far the most demanding job I ever had; somewhat because of the family "expectations" and somewhat because there's a sense of drive and pride in knowing you're actually excelling to directly help YOURSELF in the longrun. In any case, I don't care who you are or how old you are- if you work hard there is no reason not to be rewarded for it. Now those who were given a Camaro as a high school graduation gift...
