Not sure tuning would do much...60 miles per hour is not fast enough for a freeway but it's WAY too fast for a residential road.

Check into monitors and educate him.

I had an Escort GT with maybe 90 some odd horsepower...I totaled it.
My buddy had a Mustang GT with 225 hp...he didn't.

A 300 hp V6 is a powerful car...and I'm not sure I'll put my sons in one. If I do...you can bet I'll be monitoring the crap out of em.
