Personally I would go with Halltech (and did). They are about the same for gain but the Halltech has had 0 issues with surging or check engine lights.
It also does not require a battery disconnect during install or 100 miles of driving for the PCM to "learn" the new MAF readings.
The more mods you do to the car the more beneficial the Halltech becomes as well. It is the best on the market IMO.  |

And i'll add that you can get a Yellowjacket at your door in less than a week. You'd be lucky to see a VR unit in your possession before summer.
