If I'm observing traffic laws, and not endangering the public there should be no real reason to deploy stop sticks, or "extract" me from my car. Doing that will make a peaceful man an angry one. Plus yaknow, I'd win in court.

How do you plan on "making it known?" Not trying to argue here, but I just don't see how this is possible.

In MN state statute says that a driver shall immediately pull to the right side of the road when they see red and/or blue lights behind them.

Just saying.

If you think that the peson behind you isn't a real cop, then pull to the next populated area. Like a gas station, Wal-mart restaurant, etc.
