I foresee 2 issues you will have if you want an exact copy.
- Red halos. (they are illegal in the US. You can still find them but if you use them outside of car shows you will end up paying more in fines and court costs then you did to buy the car.)
- And the red interior abl. I only see this as a issue because it will require custom ordering, manufacturing, and custom electrical work. Something I don't see your dealer doing because they don't want to be responsible if something fries.
Everything else is mostly just addons or remove and send to the paint shop.
As for the price, I think you'll find that you'll spend more then the quote given. The interior alone will run you $10,000 for a complete overhaul like was in the concept (I was going to redo mine in yellow until I sat down and figured out the costs, rather spend the money on other things for the car), more if you get suede inserts like was in the concept. Remember more was done to the interior then just custom seats.
