Almost all of them provide an increase in your MPGs (cept you will probably love the sound and get on it more which will cancel that out lol)
If I had to guess....the average top end gains we are seeing with exhausts is in the 5 - 10 range. Some systems provide the best gains around the 5000 to 5400 RPM range...where some are claiming as much as 15 or so HP and TQ gains, but when you get to the max RPMs that drops off.
Basically, find the one that you think sounds the best and go with it!

reasons to change the stock exhaust:
1) Improved sound
2) Improved looks
3) Reduced weight
4) Slight performance improvement
