I work for an insurance company and if it was a flying object then your insurance will count it as a not at fault accident and should not increase your premiums in the future. Now it just depends on the total cost for replacement and installation by your dealer so if say your deductible is $500.00 I would report it and get it fixed with limited expense and no hassle to you!
