It is getting to the point where if they are going to put speeding camera's everywhere, they might as well govern all the cars so they can only go up to 65, and be done with it.
I want to see a camera to catch the following:
- Slow drivers in the left lane
- people that pull out in front of you WITHOUT JUDGING THE SPEED you are going!
- People that do not know how to enter or exit the highway without effecting others
- A Holes that use the emergency lane in bumper to bumper traffic because they do not feel like waiting!
- People that are actually afraid of the car they are driving and it shows
- people that sit too close to the steering wheel, that will someday have an airbag for lungs
Sorry.....End Rant!

Well I mean, being from NYC so this comes from personal experience, it does count as a traffic violation, especially if you're actually in the city, then there are enough crazy drivers that drive as if they didn't have a brain.
Yeh, cops need to become more fair as in who they should start out giving tickets to but in nyc they are starting to do so. For one, they now pull over a lot of cars which jam intersections and cause traffic.
And by the way other stuff that cops need to start giving tickets to are if someone drives on one lane, but then doesn't know how to switch over to the lane that they should be on and cause traffic because they drive all the way until the lane ends and then switch over. A good example is when driving off of the gw bridge and going straight to the harlem river drive and major deegan split. Most people drive on the lane that leads to the harlem river drive and at the very end causing traffic so that they find a spot to squeeze into the lane that leads to the major deegan. NYC people know what I'm talking about. Another example is when truck drivers don't drive on their lanes and drive without a care in the world, which leads to traffic.
