Darrell, can you let us know how things work now? Since we're locked in now with the number of people doing catered food, are we shutting down the sign-up sheets? Or can we still have more people join us, but they just won't be able to eat the catered food?
I'm always a "more is better" kind of person, but I don't want to put you in an awkward position with the caterers or the folks who run the Avery Ranch by having a boatload more people show up that weren't accounted for.
