Yep - That's what their press release says. To be honest I'm a bit surprised they are doing a full fledged conversion. Consumer retail brands have significant value in the fuel-oil industry. I would have thought that they would retain the sunoco brand up here. Particularly in locations where they 2 brands previously competed in close proximity. For example, here in Mississauga there is now a corner with a Petro-Canada on both the north-east side and the south-west. The good news is the Petro-Canada car wash season's pass will now work at my fav sunoco wash (once they convert).
