Dang, I'm very sorry to hear that woodallap! BofA took care of everything for me. As soon as the charges "posted" to my bank account, I reported them fraudulent and they credited the charges and had me sign a "Statement of Fraud".
Not fraud?!?!? What the hell are they smoking?!?!? If the charges were not made by you, how can they say that it is not fraud? Did they at least take the charges off of your account? I guess every credit card company interprets things differently, but I would keep pushing them that you did not make the charges, and that nobody has access to your accounts and/or passwords.
Leave it to iTunes to once again say that they cannot back charge the charges...that's the same thing they told me. I'll say it again...isn't all-mighty Apple have the ability to check the MAC address or IP address of where the purchases were made from and share that with the fraud department of a credit card company? (getting off soap box).
