When I bought my car the "get ready" people washed and detailed my car. Now...everyone has told me (or I should say warned me)...it's a black car so I need to expect some swirls/spiderwebbing.
Today, I had to have some paint defects fixed. Other than the the couple places that needed fixing, when I brought up the detail job, I was told that the some amount of swirls/spiderwebbing in the paint is "normal" and that I am going to drive myself crazy if I try to keep a "perfect" daily driver car.
Now...after getting my car home, they missed one of the "spots" they were supposed to correct....and honestly, I am still kind of upset over the spiderwebbing answer.
I am looking for an honest and realistic answer to how much I should push back....Should I stand my ground or let it go...If I am being crazy, let me know, or if I should really turn into turbobeeeotch I can do that too

Just want some honest opinions...thanks!
