i agree!!! the same thing happened to mine after the 'detail' shop cleaned it up. spiderwebs all over the car,i mean everywhere possible. they also gave me the same excuse they gave you. i did end up calling my dealer and got the same 'deatil' shop to do it again but they just put a cheap polish on it and when i washed it, with no surprise, the webs were back. i decided to take things into my own hands and did research on this awesome website we have! with a lot of help from junkman and his well put together videos using Adams Polishes i ordered the PC kit and got to work. it took a lot of time and labor but you know what i was more than happy because i knew my paint is getting corrected the right way. i got about almost all of the swirls out. but like everyone says there is no way to get 100% swirl free but man what a difference Adams polishes made!

my process was: clay,swirl/haze remover,fine machine polish, then super machine wax
