There's a sticky that tells the differences between the LS3 and L99. The LS3 is in the M6 and the L99 is the automatic. While the M6 does have the HP advantage, the auto has the consistency advantage. In the end, it comes out about the same, as far as racing goes. If you like to shift gears all the time, get the M6. If you do a lot of stop and go traffic traveling, the A6 might be a better choice. In the end, it's up to you.
