I'd stay away from the Hydrashoks. Thats a pretty old hollow point design. It has a reletively shallow cavity and even with the center post tends to clog and act like hardball. 8-10 years ago it was the best available but not any more...
Speer makes a good
Gold-Dot Hollow Point in .380 thats supposed to be exception. Its a more modern deep cavity design that gives more consistent expansion. Since they're the same price as the Hydrashoks its a better deal IMO...

Oh and just FYI, IIRC that Quick-Shok might not be compatible with the P22. I seem to remember it being a slightly longer case that won't fit the P22 chamber but I could be wrong about that...
