I remember my first trip there as well in the mid 80's . Went with my wife to pull some building permits for the sign company she worked at. We had trouble finding the City Building Dept so we stopped at the Miami PD to ask for directions. When we walked in, the first thing I did was to ask for Crocket and Tubbs ... They said Ha Ha like we never heard that one before ... I thought it was funny ...
