You kind of need to say where 'local' is. Mid-Atlantic is a 4 or 5 state area

I see your profile says VA, but northern Va? Richmond? VA Beach/Norfolk area? South?

I've never heard of Luck or Royal, so I'm guessing you're not in Northern VA... -shrug-
