And no, a CAI alone generally won't affect your warranty unless you really piss off the service manager. But just be careful when you go in for warranty claims... if they suspect you've been racing they can use any excuse to not cover repairs, including CAI's. As an example, if I went in for a broken half-shaft, I would probably put the car back to stock first including the intake.
