Assuming they are the factory polished wheels - they are clear coated. So if they are hazing (they shouldn't be unless your using a harsh chemical cleaner) you need to clay, polish, and wax those bad boys just like you would your paint. As for break dust, your hosed unless you invest in ceramic pads.

A few threads I've come across suggest you can minimize the dust by waxing the wheels.. I have always waxed my wheels, so I don't have a comparison. One of these days I'm going to 50/50 a wheel and test the wax theory.
