They don't include Advertisement or Local DMA fees, which typically add up to 1.5-3% of the vehicle's invoice price based on the area you are purchasing in. On a 35,000 vehicle, that difference can be as much as $900 or so. If a dealer shows you the invoice, the price listed next to the numbers 310 are the actual invoice price that the dealer has financed the vehicle at.
