Most refer to themselves as Car Brokers, you tell them what you want and they go out and get you the best deal. I got rid of what ever info I had when I put my deposit down on the Camaro back in 08.
CTV or Global in TO did a segment on them not that long ago, either CTV Pat Foren "on your side" or Globals "Consumer Alert". You may want to check their websites for the article and or a link.
