I had a similar situation last week, and they were trying to get me to agree w/ 40k out the door....and said since the pricing was not in their system, it would be around that amount...I said no, I want the window sticker plus fees....and finally got him to write "Agreed to window sticker" and he signed his name...so that should be good enough....
I think the most of us that have it in writing are pretty much safe
