Ask your salesperson to call GM Dealer Business center and ask for shipping status. When they talk to that person they can ask them for the rail car #. You can then call CSX 877-744-7279 - prompt #5 then prompt #3. You ask for location, give it the car #, say done and then listen for it's location. There is a chance that the car could be sent over on a truck. Good luck and let me know if you have any other questions.
