I ordered mine March 10th 2009 and took delivery July 31st 09 and mine came with them but I had the dealer remove them. I made a "build book" with pictures and all the factory paperwork as it was going down the assembly line. The "GM" chicklets I saved and put them in my "Build Book" I'm sure you can order them from GM or your dealer......My .02, I think the car looks better without them....
