So the baseline was most likely noticeably LESS than a car with a stock intake and good gas... So put some good gas in the car and then add a tune to recalibrate the MAF so it is reading correctly and you see a nice gain... So it not just a simple matter of a tune adding 24 HP, it's a combination of things... better gas, corrected MAF, some tune improvement... it all adds up...
