The speed rating on the Pirelli's that come with the RS package is high enough that the governor is set to 155 on a RS. Non-RS, because of the tire speed rating, governed at 115.
Pitch them the 2LT, then have a back up bare bones 1LT. I have 1LT, non-RS with C & C. You can save (your parents) a lot of money by doing this.
Either way, sounds like your getting one!
