This is a GREAT cause. This April 23, I am doing my Relay for Life. 2 reason's, my grandfather died of Cancer and I was diagnosed with Hodgkin Lymphoma Stage 2A in Sept. 2004. Thats five years ago, I still got to go for a few more years before my Oncologist says it is in REMISSION. It will be June 2011 will be my BIG month. I had to think about that one, wow, where did the years go. I just remember having my Access Port being put in in 2004. Then March 2009, it was removed. Everynow and then, I inch where the port was.
If someone is going through cancer treatment's find or start a cancer support group. I am in one, it is helping with alot of things. Emotionally stronger, happy, and I have peace. Now I remeber to STOP, smell the roses, take time to share with other's that they should not give up to Cancer. Cancer could be a way of focusing on Heart and Soul of anyone, whats more important to life.
Sorry if I went to far, just that when I first start, I thought about "D" but that has been 5 years ago, allive and wonderful blessed with no cancer activity!

My car club, The Northern Kentucky F Body Association is raffling off a new 2010 Camaro 1SS/RS with all of the money going to The Wood Hudson Cancer Research Laboratory in Newport Kentucky. The lab is one of only 12 independent cancer research labs in the country and we are hoping to provide them with a healthy boost to their relatively small budget.

First and foremost I want to mention that we are fully licensed for the raffle by The State of Kentucky Department of Charitable Gaming, so everything is 100% legitimate and being watched closely by state officials.

Now for the good stuff!

The Car:
a Black 2010 1SS/RS with black interior, 6 speed manual, and Boston Acoustics sound package. It is on order and scheduled to arrive in Cincinnati, Ohio in mid May.

Chances:
Cost is $10.00 each. That's not a typo, $10.00 each and we will not sell more than 6000 tickets.
If for some reason we do not sell a minimum of 4000 tickets (which covers the cost of the car and expenses and gets us a few thousand into the good for Wood Hudson) then the car stays with the dealership and the winning ticket holder receives one half of all of the proceeds collected (basically a 50/50 at that point.)

The drawing will be held on Saturday July 10, 2010 at our Car Show at the Crestview Hills Town Center just off I-275 in Northern Kentucky.
The winner DOES NOT need to be present, but will have to make their own arrangements to get to Cincinnati,Ohio to pick up the car.
The winner will be responsible for all taxes, title, license fees etc.

We are selling tickets through the club's homepage:
www.nkyfba.com
As well as at several retail locations around Cincinnati, and through our club members.
if you peel the upper left corner of the website all of the information on the raffle is there including the official rules.

Thanks for Looking! And if you buy a chance, GOOD LUCK!
Maybe I'll be calling you July 10th!!
