LOL that is a GREAT question. First I was going to install the LS9 in the car. But the guys at GM Performance Parts felt that since the LSA would probably be the choice of engine in the rumored Z28 I should use the LSA.
Since the LS9 manifold is lower it does not require any modification to install in a 2010 Camaro. The clutch would also work easier compared to the clutch that comes with the LSA.
On one hand I was told they wanted to see the true performance potential of the LSA. Later I was told that they had wished that I had left the LSA engne stock.
The LSA is a great engine and I have learned a bunch about the potential of this engine.
