Went to the dealer on the 16th set up the order for the Camaro, however, no money down. The dealer put me down as first on his list. Went back the next day and tried to talk him down a bit, no deal. He gave me a copy of the workbench order with a note on it stating "MSRP + 395 Doc fee + 31 Title + tax" and he signed it. Called two days later and changed several items on the order. Went back in today (10-23) and changed the color of the car. He called GM made the changes, printed another copy of the "order Workbench" showing the 6 digit order number and how MY Camaro will be built. The dealer wanted $1,000 dollar deposit, but agreed to $500 instead. I asked which car would be mine off the truck, and he said it would be the first.

1ET37: 2SS, Manual 6 Speed
GAQ: Red Jewel Tintcoat
WRS: RS Exterior Package
VYX: Painted Engine Cover
VYV: Hurst Short Throw Shifter

I wanted the 20" Aluminum Polished Wheels (Q9J), but the computer ordering will not take the wheels if the WRS package had been ordered. I'm hoping this will get changed later. If not, I figured it would be easier to get the wheels some where else than it would be to get the HID lamps, and the body-colored roof ditch molding.
