Also, 60', 330', 1/8th and 1/4 mile ETs are a function of traction, MPH in the 1/4 is the best way to gauge power output. A 250 rwhp Fox Body Mustang may go 13.0@100 with good traction, and a 450 rwhp Chally may run the same 13.0 but at @110...lack of traction makes for a slow ET, but you can see from the trap speed it is making more power.

I don't think your theory quite holds water Mike. GENERALLY speaking the M6's with their launch systems have quicker 60' times. The A6's with factory stall converters are at a disadvantage. For the second half of the track big horsepower and torque dominates for highest trap speeds. Again the Ls3's modded the same SHOULD have the upper hand seeing as they started out with 25 more fwhp from the factory. Even leaving the line easing the clutch with little to no wheelspin, the ls3's SHOULD have a higher trap speed than the l/99. In conclusion, comparing the stockers against the modders you'll see the ls3's lead the pack when left stock BUT the lower powered l/99's benefit more from the addition of tunes and add ons when they both are modded.
