thinking of going to the 410 setup on the ss i dont think ill need the full install kit just some shims (but for what rear end?) and a new crush sleeve (from GM). what would i need to do as far as speedometer correction and also where can i order the gear sets from? thanks
mtm864,

Since the car is so new you could get away reusing the existing bearings and races depending on how they look when you take the rear end apart. You could most likely reuse the same pinion shim once you pull the pinion bearing off. If you do damage the pinion bearing when pulling it off you could just get the pt# off the back of the bearing and get one from a local Auto Parts store. The only thing that you would really need would be Carrier Shims depending on how the backlash sets up. For the rest of the parts I would recommend going with the Richmond half kit which comes with Pinion Seal, Rear Cover Seal, new Ring Gear bolts, and Crush Sleeve. The speedo can be corrected by using a handheld programmer from either Hypertech or Diablo. You can also have it adjusted by someone using aftermarket tuning (HP Tuners, EFI Live, SCT, Diablo).

Hope this helps
