Hell I'm not offended. I just personally think that is the kind of thing a self-reliant intelligent adult should be able to kill in the crib is all. I'm not like all up in arms over it, but you have to admit that mentality is growing ever more prevalent. So it does kinda fall into the "kill it! kill it with fire!" category.

No but I doubt the passenger said "hey man slow down"...impossible to tell but, you know, you get into a sports car with someone, it's your responsibility. I don't ride with people I don't trust. I don't get in my friends RX-8 because he can't drive for crap.
I'm just saying, it's still your responsibility. Now, someone coming down the road, yeah obviously not a situation they wanted to be a part of.
But the bottom line is still, we can pretend like we can prevent people from dying, but we can't. The only way to guarantee you don't die from something preventable is to live in a sealed bubble.
But there is no point then.
People don't even have to be doing something wrong for cars to turn deadly.
