I was pulled over in Utah for not having a front plate when I was stationed there. The cop felt like an idiot though, once he got behind me and saw I had an Alabama tag. He still ran my license after he had me pulled over. If I'd been feeling froggy, I'd have asked him what his PC was, but it was only a few minutes out of my night.
