Suggestion: I have a RY 2SS and I bought from the dealer some touch up paint, exactly matching the color code of the car. It cost me $15 and comes double tipped, both brush and pen. I recommend asking your dealer for it. I bought it a while ago because inevitably, you are going to get chips on your car. As for the tire place, the louder you scream they did it, the more they'll listen.
I've had a similar occurence with another car of mine. I b*tched them out, nicely of course, and they took care of the problem right then and there.
Try getting a bit loud and forceful, placing the blame on them squarely.
