Use a program called "CutePDF" writer
First filled out the PDF form.
Then instead of saving, click "print"
when the "print" window pops up, select "CutePDF" from the list of installed printers that it displays
then one last window will appear asking you to "save as" and it will automatically save it as a .pdf document.
Once it was saved, i emailed it to
