You will use the same factory lifters, pushrods, and rocker arms. You will be smart to change valve springs to match the cam lift and specs. You will also change out the cam gear, chain dampner, crank pulley bolt, cam bolts, and some other stuff. Plus, you must tune it. I assume you have a manual tranny. If automatic tranny then none of this applies. Good luck
