ls3 = valve springs, pushrods are highly recommended.
cam bolt and crank bolt are TTY, so you will need new ones.
Will need a tune.
Depending on how aggressive your cam is, and which valve springs you get, will give you an idea on how often to replace valve springs.
and do yourself a favor and get a double valve spring, not a beehive
