A comparison I would like to see is (base cost of car, real selling price, + X) were X is a amount of money to spend on modifications and then see how the camaro, mustang and challenger add up. For the average consumer this means allot since most of us do not have the deep pockets some of these mods can cost. Also, this gives a good indication based on initial cost of a car what can be reasonably expected.
Although no matter how you look at it these new cars a quick to begin with. When a V6 camaro is faster than a stock 67 camaro SS, with a 350. It shows how far the manufactures have come.

you should do more research before thinking about things too much.
