Using the weather numbers on your graph I suspect the dyno operator was using the SAE correction factor. In my opinion it is the most accurate and repeatable method available. Using the same data and appling the STD correction factor the number would be 353.7 HP.

I always take my weather station to a dyno session, get a file of actual measured data, and do my own SAE correction calculations. That way I know what happened.
