This got me as well. I thought clutches were designated as a wear item, and therefore not covered under warranty.

Well worth the money.
All the dealer will do is put another sorry ass stock replacement in there.. You can go through a bunch of free ones, having the dealer take it apart over and over, or just buy a QUALITY built clutch and have it installed.
