A mail order tune is known as exactly that. You yank your PCM and mail it off to a tuner and he tunes it and mails it back. Data logging, and supporting lvie via the net through FTP'ing files or emailing files back and forth is by no stretch a mail order tune. Theres absolutely nothing about that process thats any different than a live person to person tune ( aside from maybe more time on the dyno waiting to hear back etc etc. ) but the quality should be identical as a live tune.

So this leaves me wondering why you sell this as a "mail order tune"? When you should be calling it a remote full tune or something as this is a FAR superior service. Why would you ever want to confuse this service with mail order tunes? Just call it something else you'll find it a lot easier to convince people as the word is out about mail order tunes that they are less than ldeal. What you guys are talking about is not a mail order tune but much much better.
