It sounds to me like power is the most important feature to you. Get an SS.
The thing I like best about my 2SS is how everything just feels so effortless when I'm driving it. It's like flying.
Drive an LT and compare for yourself before deciding. But, based on your description of what you think is important, it sounds like the SS is the way to go for you.
