Never heard of a panel puller for front facia. Pulled mine when I installed the new heritage grille. The easiest way is to remove two front wheels. Remove the two fender liners (5 push pins and 5 torqx screws). Remove facia screws on top where hood latch is and I believe it was four screws per side from within the wheel well holding the facia to body work. Lift slightly and slide off forward. Having done it once now I could have it off in 30 minutes. Hope this helps and good luck.
