I had the same issue with the driver side muffler when I went to do the SLP muffler delete. It was full of water (heavy as hell). The weep hole was clogged. I used an ice pick to un-clog it and water came streaming out. The passenger side muffler was just fine.

I would recommend anyone with stock mufflers check to make sure the weep holes are not clogged. With normal condensation, there will alwalys be a small amount of water that comes out of the mufflers.
