That's a big deal to me. I weigh 165 lbs, so I'm not big enough to cause the cloth seats to rock around as I drive. They just do it because of their design. I've asked the service department at the dealer what was up and they said it was normal.
Also, if you're going to add power mods, it's nice to be able to keep an eye on oil temp. So the 2SS's extra guage cluster is a good thing.
But, if you want to save a few grand and use that money for mods, and you don't mind cloth seats that rock side-to-side when you turn, then get the 1SS. It's still a very nice car and very fun to drive.

To the OP... Great choice in the 1SS. can save alot of money on the initial purchase and put it towards parts. I did exactly that.
To date I have done painted stripes,Hurst shifter,4 pack gauges,Loudmouth IIs,Cold Air Induction intake,and have an appointment for headers and a custom tune in June.
