That is not the show stopper - I'm looking for a 2LT - the 2SS is ~$7K more .. w/tax we are near $40K... Can't bring myself to spend $40K on a car..

The difference is closer to $500 a year, but I get your point. Other considerations can be more important.
I actually am a big fan of the LT (low price, plenty of power, sleeker front end-more like the prototype).
There's a bunch of reasons why I'm getting the SS though
